DGMA Management Support Associate Recruitment 2026

The Directorate General of Management Administration (DGMA) has announced the recruitment of 30 Management Support Associates (MSA) on a contractual basis for their Mumbai region operations. This opportunity is open to candidates who hold a graduate degree and possess computer knowledge along with English typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute. The selection process involves a multi-stage assessment including a Computer Based Test (CBT), a typing skill test, document verification, and an interview or functional proficiency assessment.

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 75,000, which includes all mandatory deductions such as EPF, ESI, and taxes. The examination centers for the CBT will be restricted to the Greater Mumbai Metropolitan, Thane, and Navi Mumbai regions.
