This recruitment is open to candidates meeting specific educational qualifications, which include degrees or diplomas in engineering, architecture, commerce, or general bachelor's degrees, depending on the post. Many positions also require specific certifications or scores from examinations conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) or GATE scores for architecture roles.

Applicants are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000, while SC, ST, and PH candidates are exempted from this fee.
