About this Notification
The Government of Haryana has announced the Agriculture Machinery Subsidy Scheme under the Crop Residue Management component of the RKVY scheme. This initiative aims to promote sustainable farming practices by providing financial assistance to farmers for the purchase of modern agricultural equipment. Eligible farmers can receive a subsidy ranging from 40% to 50% on the cost of approved machinery, subject to maximum permissible limits. The scheme is designed to reduce stubble burning, lower farming costs, and increase overall agricultural productivity across the state.
To be eligible, farmers must be permanent residents of Haryana and have registered on the 'Meri Fasal Mera Byora' (MFMB) portal during the previous Rabi and current Kharif 2025 seasons. Ownership of land is not a mandatory requirement for participation. Applicants can select up to four machines in order of preference, though the subsidy will be granted for only one machine based on a lottery system. Beneficiaries must possess a valid Family ID (PPP) and, for tractor-operated implements, must own a tractor registered in the name of a family member listed in their Family ID.
