JRHMS Community Health Officer (CHO) Recruitment 2026

The Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS) has announced a recruitment drive for 1,038 Community Health Officer (CHO) positions on a contractual basis. This notification invites eligible candidates to apply for these roles within the state of Jharkhand. The selection process for these positions will involve a written examination, a merit list, and subsequent medical examination and document verification stages.

Interested candidates must possess a B.Sc. (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) degree, along with an integrated curriculum of the Certificate Program in Community Health (CPCH). The maximum age limit for applicants is 35 years as of November 22, 2026, with additional age relaxation provided as per government rules. Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000, plus a performance-based incentive of up to Rs. 15,000 per month.
