The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released the admit card for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2027 for admission into Class 6. This entrance exam is conducted for students currently studying in Class 5 during the 2026-27 academic session. Candidates must be bonafide residents of the district where they are seeking admission and must have completed their studies in Classes 3, 4, and 5 in a recognized school. The selection process involves an objective-type OMR-based written examination scheduled for November 28, 2026. The exam consists of three sections: Mental Ability and Environmental Studies, Arithmetic, and Language, totaling 80 questions for 100 marks. There is no negative marking for the test. Candidates are advised to download their admit cards from the official NVS portal using their credentials. It is important to note that there is no application fee for this admission process. Candidates should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria, including age requirements, as those who have passed Class 5 before the 2026-27 session or are repeaters are not eligible for admission.
